Maureen Shea serves as Goodwin Procter’s Director of Legal Recruitment. She is responsible for overseeing firmwide recruitment of entry-level and lateral attorneys. Ms. Shea has over 25 years of experience in recruiting lawyers at Goodwin Procter, and is one of the country’s most experienced recruitment professionals. She is a member of the National Association of Law Placement and has served on its National Advisory Board. Ms. Shea is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of Legal Recruitment Administrators. She is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College.
