Innovation is a key strategic objective at Goodwin Procter, as we are committed to finding new and better ways to serve our clients. Our efforts include:
Knowledge Management – a comprehensive, consistent firmwide effort to leverage human capital, intellectual property and technology to increase our efficiency in delivering legal services.
Incubator Initiative – the firm’s R&D division, which allows our attorneys the resources to anticipate client and market needs and develop new products and services accordingly.
Litigation Technology Group – an in-house operation led by a Director of Litigation Technology and supported by 30 legal technology professionals. Our state-of-the-art support facility allows for increased efficiency, reduced vendor costs, enhanced responsiveness and leading-edge electronic presentations at trial. The group leverages proprietary on-line case management, electronic trial presentation tools, client extranets and proprietary litigation knowledge management systems to significantly reduce the logistical inefficiencies that can arise in handling complex litigation matters.
